Unless otherwise agreed, Typomania clients retain all rights to any content they publish using Typomania systems or services, and Typomania retains all rights to our code. Typomania develop proprietary systems that are not transferable to other developers or organisations.
Availability of services
We manage hosting infrastructure with several professional suppliers and multiple data centres, and while significant outages are extremely rare, we do not offer uptime guarantees, and we do not offer compensation for any damages caused by any service downtime.
Back-ups, disaster recovery & loss of data
Aa Typomania is used as a business critical service, we use several different back-up procedures utilising multiple data centres to reduce the risk of significant data loss to almost zero. While we have complete confidence in our systems we do not offer compensation for any damages that might be caused by any loss of data.
